Lost & Found



A year later……. It’s been likely almost a year since I’ve been all about my healthy habits. I promoted a lifestyle all about blocking out negativity and doing what makes you feel good and happy. For the last year, I’ve done quite the opposite; I removed myself from a negative environment and inevitably gave that negative a reason and the ability to have more control over me. I’ve dealt with it for too long and am finally coming back to my senses of needing to do the things that make me happy and whole.

So here we go again, I’m not on FB anymore and likely won’t be for a bit, but you can find me here. (Email always open) If there is one thing I’ve learned about myself and most others; talking about something and putting it out there is one of the best ways to keep accountable. When you know people are watching, you tend to stick to it a bit better.

If you a new to me, or my blog, you’ll know that Beachbody is my jam. I truly believe in all the programs and know that it works. But I also know that every person is different, and things work differently. From my perspective it’s all about finding your healthy balance and what fits your life, what motivates you and what you need. My position at the moment is, busy mom-no time to get to the gym-pregnant. So whats going to work for me is a mix of many things, pregnant = cravings. Not working out in 6 months = I can’t start a full-blown workout program.

So, my balance for now is low impact workouts, walks, lots of water and PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT. The last one likely being the most important for my sanity during the time being. Ha! Are you reading any personal development, or listening? There are truly millions to choose from for literally anything in life. I’ll share some of my favorites later this week.

Enough about my realization and plan, what are you going to do this week to get yourself back together and start making all those things you’ve been putting off happen?
