My Transformation

Let me start by saying, I am a little bias to LOVING this program! The first Challenge Group that I joined was with this program. I got AMAZING results with it! Over three months (or rounds) I lost 35 pounds. I fell in love with how easy the meal plan was and how well it fit into my-oh so busy life. And the fact that the workouts were only 30 minutes each day, there was no excuse not to have 30 minutes!


My first week of the program came with a lot of soreness, I was in a lot worse shape than I thought. But I kept with it. By week two I wasn’t sore as bad (and could actually sit to pee without feeling like my legs would collapse) J It was less of a sore and more of feeling a good burn during my workouts. I love that it’s a different workout each day of the week and a mix between cardio, legs and arms. Every workout is a full body workout but the focus changes.

The nutrition side of it was easy for the most part throughout the entire program. I had days where I would have a cheat but it wasn’t detrimental to my success and I felt good about it. The big difference I noticed between this program and all the other crash diets, low fat, no fat, cutting carbs and so on that I’ve done, even Weight Watchers is that I was eating a TON of food. Way more than I had ever eaten in a day, but it was all good food. I wasn’t counting calories and eating frozen dinners. It’s focused on eating fresh foods and healthy snacks. Which was good for me and the family!

After I finished my first round I was honestly a little disappointed with the scale. I had lost 6 pounds but just felt like it should have been more. I was busy and didn’t have time to do my after pictures right away, but when I did, MY EXCITEMENT WAS THROUGH THE ROOF! The amount of inches I lost and muscle I GAINED was amazing! My confidence was through the roof! No it wasn’t a ton of pounds, but 2 pounds a week is healthy and sustainable. This program isn’t meant to be a crash diet but rather a HEALTHY LIFESTYLE CHANGE!


The 21 Day Fix laid the ground work for my life style change. I no longer saw food as an answer for a bad day, but rather a means to fuel my body. I used my workouts as my me-time and stress reliever. I did 2 more months of the program and continued to have AMAZING RESULTS! This program truly changed my life and can change yours too!
