I’m at the end of
day 2 of the 3 Day Refresh as I type this, my meal plan for the coming week is
simple. I did the 3 Day Refresh to kick start my healthy habits and shake off
some of the bad ones pretty quick. In all honesty, I’ve been talking about getting
my healthy habits back in check for months… so long that I’ve gained 10 more
pounds in the process. It happens. No sense fussing over it but now it’s time
to get serious. So here we go, a little insight to my plan; I work during the
day 8-4:30. Breakfast through the first snack column are what I eat at work. It
may seem like a lot of things listed in the snacks, I don’t eat them all
together they are spread through my afternoon. Once I’m home from work I have
my Shake.
Getting home from
work is my difficult time, it’s a hustle and bustle time, the kids have a snack
and I usually will have a snack with them or snack while I start dinner. Having
the shake is my treat to keep me from eating junk once I get home and stops me
from snacking while I make dinner.
That’s the jest
of it! Along with this meal plan is my kick start of 80 Day Obsession for
