Quick and easy is my
best tip when you are just starting to meal plan. So often so many start off on
their healthy habits track and have high hopes of taking over the world with
it. You've pinned tons of Pinterest recipes to make and have all the bright ideas....
Then reality of the week happens; you are busy, life happens and quickly the
meals and recipes go down the drain.
Don't put yourself in this position, stick to the basics, what’s
easy and get through a few weeks. Pick one Pinterest recipe a week to
implement. Make baby steps in the difficulty of what you want to accomplish.
YOU CAN DO THIS, just don't give yourself too much to do. You work for a living;
you don't have all the hours in the day to waste and THAT IS NORMAL. Do what
you can that fits into your life. Find YOUR balance.
