I’m a big believer in listening to what your body tells you,
sometimes it’s hard for me to comprehend what it’s saying but I try my best. Ha.
This past week I’ve been getting hungry before lunch, I’ve been really busy and
running wild so I’m thinking I need some more fuel in the morning than just my
usual greek yogurt. For Breakfast this week I’m making some easy EGG MUFFINS.
Lot’s of protein to fill me there, and I’ll add some veggies to them to make
them extra tasty.
I also have a new Taco Soup recipe that I’ve been wanting to
try, so I’m going to throw that into the mix on Friday and have as an easy
weekend meal. It’s not often that I try new recipes, so when I do it better be
REALLY good, which I think this will be. Check back later this week for the
recipe and my review! For now, my meal plan is done and it’s off to the grocery
store I go!
