Easy Crock-Pot Mac & Cheese

One of my pet-peeves is when I’m looking for a recipe and find a blog with one and there is a mile-long story with the recipe scattered through it. So I’ll keep this short and sweet. This is a super simple 5 ingredient recipe!

TIPS/TRICKS; this recipe is my go-to for parties, work events, luncheons, ect. Because its easy and is ingredients that I usually have around the house.

The noodles, really any noodles work. Macaroni, medium shells, penne. I didn’t have noodles once and asked the hubby to pick up a box on the way home, he couldn’t find the shells and brought home a Tri-Noodle box. It had penne, shells, and the swirly like macaroni salad ones in it…. THEY WERE DELICIOUS and now have become the staple box of noodles that I make the recipe with.

The cheese. I truly just use whatever I have in the fridge; which is usually a mix of Fiesta blend, cheddar and mozzarella. Every time I make it it’s a different combination of them, but it’s always good and just 6 cups. If you like a little kick, mix pepper-jack in.
That’s it! 5 ingredients to DELICIOUS.

What you need:
-          1 package (16 oz.) medium shells
-          1 can (12 oz.) evaporated milk
-          1 ½ cups whole milk
-          ½ cup butter (1 stick)
-          6 cups shredded cheese

What you do:
Cook the macaroni on the stovetop, as the box says. Then add all ingredients into the crockpot. Stir to combine.

Cook on LOW for 3 to 4 hours.
