Stop what you are doing and eat.
Make yourself a healthy snack, a flourished meal, what ever it may be. So often
we are so busy doing all the things that we put off eating something good for
us. The reality, is in the attempt to eat less we just prolong the inevitable of
indulging in more with and absent mind.
This is then followed with guilt
and begins the downward spiral of calorie cramming. Break the cycle, eat something
healthy now so you don’t devour everything later.
My go-to. Scrambled Eggs.
Literally. It’s a go-to because its quick and easy. I can eat them as is or
dress them up with some veggies and cheese for an omelet. My level of laziness
can be from cooking them in the microwave to sautéed in a pan. There is minimal
effort required and it doesn’t take long for them to cook.
Do yourself a favor, pause and
eat something.
