No Fuss Jumbalaya


 

What you need:

1 Hillshire Farm Turkey Smoked Sausage, cut in chunks
1 lb medium; raw, peeled & deveined Shrimp
1 can mild tomatoes & green chilies (do not drain)
1 onion, diced
1 red pepper, diced
1 TBSP minced Garlic
1 TBSP Chili Powder

What you do:

1. Drizzle olive oil in a pan, add onion, red pepper, garlic and chili powder. Sautee for about 10 minutes until onions begin to brown
2. Add in the sausage, mix and let cook for about 10 min
3. Add in tomatoes & chilies with liquid. Cover and let simmer for 10 min.
4. Add in shrimp, cover and let simmer 10 min.

Serve with rice.
